Full translation of the driver's license which can be carried out by the:
(a) Translator and sworn affidavit before a Judicial Registrar;
(b) Consulate with the signature of the Consul or Consular Officer legalized in the Prefecture.
Non-EU citizens must, in addition, also present (in original or certified copy or in simple copy with a declaration in lieu of affidavit of conformity to the original in their possession) the Residence Permit or Residence Card (plus photocopy) both at the time of submission of the application and at the time of the collection of the driving document.
